Marvellous and quiet location opposite construction area, free parking on-site. Not far from nearby government offices for business travel, center of Riyadh and the restaurant.

Staff is very nice and you can park your car onsite. The rooms here are clean and absolutely perfect with window to outside.

Particularly good breakfast for every taste. The rooms with king size bed. Courteous polite staff, excellent location to down centre. Also - adjacent to Crowne Plaza and cafe in the lounge.

The breakfasts are reasonably good with a wide range of options. As for me, the location is marvellous and peaceful, opposite construction area.

The staff was exceptional, with a warm welcome and great hospitality. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with king-size beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. The attention to detail was noticeable, from the clean and well-organized rooms to the basic amenities provided. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. this hotel provided great value for money and exceeded my expectations.

All aspects of my stay were fantastic, no improvements needed.

-Nothing, it was a wrong decision. - front desk were cooperative.

-noise -unprofissional staff (more is hosekeeping). I need to follow up with many people to get the room clean once a day. -no easy car parking. -front desk dosnt understand intetnational diffrence( they ask me some proof paper i dont have becase i am not Saudi). -i dont knoe how to compline thu i have asked staff.

New refurbished room. Good size and vey nicely done. A haven in the misery of Riyadh. Great value.

The rest of the hotel is being refurbished so is looking a bit tired.

Rooms are clean and neat. Hotel looks brand new. Friendly staff and excellent service. Good parking. Easy access.

The rooms are not sound proof and you can easily hear the noise from next door. The mini-gym got the oldest equipment in it.
